Haebim

Haebim is a Korean restaurant in Sangdong, Mokpo. Its signature dish is flower crab meat and seaweed bibimbap, where rice coated in sesame oil is mixed with seasoned crab meat and seaweed. The crab meat and seaweed arrive in separate portions so you can adjust the amount, and doenjang soup is served alongside. The crab flavour comes through lightly, and the crab's distinct fishy note rises after eating.
