Amtae Saekkosi is a live-fish hoe restaurant by the parking lot of Mokpo Dongbu Market. It serves hoe made from flounder and sea bream caught in-house, and the side dishes are made on site rather than frozen. The space is quiet and the food is clean. Parking is a hassle because the lot is small.
