Peace Plaza is a large square in downtown Mokpo where the sea meets a row of restaurants. A sea music fountain with dancing water set to music runs free of charge. The second fountain show starts at 8:30 p.m. and lasts 20 minutes, and there is a free parking lot. At night the restaurants and the square fill with people and become crowded.
