Yakiniku Honma

Yakiniku Honma is a yakiniku restaurant near Akasaka-mitsuke Station that grills beef and offal over charcoal. The course includes beef tongue, several beef cuts, daechang (beef large intestine), tripe, and gopchang (grilled intestines), and individual items include five kinds of offal, ribeye, and galbi. Reservations are available through Tabelog, and a meal takes about two hours. At the counter tables the chef grills the meat and explains each cut and how to eat it, and offal makes up half of the course, with long waits possible between the first meat and the next dish.
