Notoji

Notojisoba is a soba restaurant in Shinbashi, Tokyo, about a seven-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. It serves duck soba, and its main dish, kamoseiro, is buckwheat noodles dipped in warm duck tsuyu with sansho powder and soba-yu on the side. The menu is only in Japanese, so you need to know the name kamoseiro or use a translation app. The tsuyu broth is on the salty side.
