Tonbo-dama is a Japanese restaurant near Tokyo Station that serves katsu-don. Its main dish, the Tokinai special katsu-don, pairs thin-battered pork cutlet and grilled egg with freshly cooked rice, prepared one portion at a time. Because the rice is cooked after ordering, food takes about 20 minutes to arrive, and the cooking process is visible in front of you. Although it is directly connected to Tokyo Station, it is actually quite far and hard to find.
