SOBAP

SOBAP is a takeout shop inside the ticket gates of Tokyo Station, on the first floor of Gransta Tokyo. It sells palm-sized mini crepes made from buckwheat flour, with flavors that include sugar butter, custard, pistachio, raw ham, and salads. Instead of displaying the full menu, the shop lets you choose from the types shown in the display case, and your order is handed to you right away. Buying four or more puts them in a box, and because the crepes are small, the portion is less than a regular crepe.
