Sobakiri Kyobashi Yamamoto

Sobakiri Kyobashi Yamamoto is a soba restaurant on the basement first floor of Edogran, directly connected to Kyobashi Station, serving soba and tempura. The menu includes duck seiro, yuzu-scented onseiro, and tempura seiro, and the restaurant also operates as a sobamae with Japanese sake and side dishes. On weekdays around noon, one or two parties wait about five minutes before being seated, and food arrives within five to ten minutes after ordering. A line forms during lunch hours and the dining room is sometimes loud.
