Echigo Soba - Tokyo is a soba restaurant in the underground Yaesu shopping area of Tokyo Station. It serves soba and set meals, and you buy a meal ticket from a machine and hand it to the counter. After handing over the ticket, water and sobayu are self-service, and there are both standing and seated spots. The space is small, so large suitcases are inconvenient.
