Yunmen is a Japanese ramen shop near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves a single item: tsukemen built on a gopchang (grilled intestines) base. The dipping broth follows a Hakata miso motsunabe style, and thick noodles and chashu are dipped into it. After the noodles are finished, rice is added to the remaining soup and served as porridge heated in a microwave. The portion of gopchang is small, and the broth turns greasy as it cools.
