Hamru, on the fourth floor of the Seoul Station building, serves Nagoya-style hitsumabushi with freshwater eel. Domestic eel is seasoned with a special sauce, placed over fluffy white rice, and served as a set meal for one. Hitsumabushi can be eaten as served and then with kombu broth poured over it. Eel bones may remain, so take care while eating.
