Dohwajog

Dohwajok is a bar in Seoul serving herbal-medicine-based jokbal and buljokbal. The jokbal emphasizes the meat’s flavor over sweet seasoning, while the buljokbal has a spicy, sweet, and salty flavor. You can order a half-and-half combination of maneul and maeun jokbal. The maneul side uses a seasoning made from ground whole garlic, and the maeun jokbal uses the same cut as regular jokbal.
