Bastion

Bastion is a small bakery inside Grand Central Market in Los Angeles that sells coffee, pastries, bagels and bread. It bakes guava croissants, pistachio buns and kouign-amann, and pours freshly brewed coffee. Sara and Julian Partovi founded it in collaboration with Carlos Enriquez of Bakers Needed. It is one of the few shops in the market that opens before 11 a.m.
