Salt & Straw

Salt & Straw is an ice cream shop on the residential side of the Arts District. It serves flavors that are hard to find elsewhere, such as honey lavender and sea salt caramel, with a chewy texture. The honey lavender has a strong lavender scent, the sea salt caramel has a pronounced salty taste, and the strawberry sherbet tastes like a mix of ice cream and sherbet. The flavors are stronger and more intense than the Portland location, which makes it feel like ordinary ice cream.
