Fosselman's Ice Cream Co. is an ice cream shop in Alhambra that has been open for over 100 years, selling ice cream and sherbet made in a traditional way. Flavors include coconut pineapple, Dutch chocolate, strawberry matcha, and mango sherbet, and some mix-ins are stirred in by hand. The 107-year-old family-run shop uses its original equipment and states that it does not add chemical stabilizers or ingredients that are hard to pronounce. On hot days, a line of customers can form.
