Yu-ilhan Sik-tak is a restaurant in the Gyeongseongdae alley of Busan that serves deungsim, ansim, teukdeungsim, and cheese donkkaseu. Thick cuts of pork are coated in a thin batter and served with salt, wasabi, and donkkaseu sauce. At lunch there is a long wait, and during peak hours tables fill quickly, so a wait occurs. When the tables are full, the gaps between them are narrow and cramped.
