Ttidi Banjeom

Ttidi Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Busan serving Sichuan jjajangmyeon, seafood jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its Sichuan jjajangmyeon contains squid, meat, shrimp, XO sauce, and Cheongyang chilies, and the jjajangmyeon is stir-fried to order. The tangsuyuk is made with domestic fresh pork loin that is trimmed in-house. Delivery and takeout are available, but takeout customers face longer waits when delivery orders build up because the owner cooks alone.
