Senchileu

Senchireu is a seafood restaurant in Busan that serves salmon katsu and salmon sushi. Thick cuts of salmon without a fishy taste are also available as teriyaki sauce sushi or pasta. The two-person set includes four pieces of salmon sushi, four pieces of salmon tataki, salmon sashimi, and salmon salad, with grilled salmon gills as another option. One chef prepares the food, so dishes come out slowly.
