Sawol Boribap

Sawol-e Boribap is a haejang-guk restaurant in Yeon-dong, Busan, serving barley rice and yangseonji gukbap. It also offers charcoal-scented jjukkumi, yukhoe bibimbap, and hanwoo gomtang, with makgeolli provided free of charge. Breakfast is available, and side dishes are taken unlimited from a self-service bar holding kimchi, mu-kimchi, and garlic stem muchim. The japchae and gaji twigim are not served warm.
