Namgu Disability Welfare Center in Busan provides welfare and daily living support for people with disabilities. A sculpture park and a dense forest path sit in front of the building, and direct-operated vehicles and Duribal taxis pass by frequently. The center has a coffee shop run by people with disabilities, and the flat ground allows wheelchair access with staff assistance for movement. During the day, many older users visit, and sign language conversations can be seen at the building entrance.
