Miso Oden Daeyeon-dong

Miso Odeng is an odeng bar in Daeyeon-dong, Busan, serving Busan-style fish cake and seji. The fish cake, made with a high fish content, is served in an anchovy broth, alongside mideodeok jeotgal and seji odeng-tang. The owner runs the place alone, and the small number of seats creates a waiting line. The shop is cramped, so conversations at the next table carry over.
