Makbonga is a charcoal-grill restaurant in Busan serving makchang and kkodeulsal. It also serves fruit-aged makchang, beef makchang, green onion makchang, and pre-grilled pork collar. The restaurant was quiet just after opening at 5 p.m. It has child seats and good ventilation, and the doenjang jjigae is a clear-style stew.
