Jungchan

Jungchan is a Chinese restaurant near Kyungsung University in Daeyeon-dong, Busan, serving jjamppong, jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. The menu also includes beef jjajangmyeon, crab meat fried rice, gongbu tangmyeon and cream shrimp, and the tangsuyuk is crisp outside and chewy inside. It opens at 10 a.m., so it works for a late breakfast or early lunch, and it draws a crowd at weekday lunch as well. Paying in cash comes with four dumplings on the house.
