Jal Sseoreo Hoe Jeonmunjeom

Jalsseureo Hoejeonmunjeom is a neighborhood raw fish restaurant near Motgol Market in Busan that serves hoe (raw fish) made with jeoneo, raw salmon, and flounder. Small hoe portions and assorted hoe (raw fish platter) come with maeuntang (spicy fish stew). Basic dishes such as rolled omelette and seaweed soup are also served. Seating is on the floor with narrow gaps between tables, which makes sitting for a long time uncomfortable.
