Hoya

Hoya is a small two-floor izakaya near Kyungsung University in Busan that serves Japanese-style anju and sake. It offers a table omakase rather than a per-person one, serving the ingredients prepared that day for groups of up to four. The sake selection is varied and the drink menu is substantial, and on the second floor guests pick up their extra orders themselves. Aged flounder hoe is also available.
