Hei Egg Noodle is a noodle shop in the food alley behind Pukyong National University and Kyungsung University in Busan. It serves jjamppong and stir-fried noodles made with egg noodles, along with beef mala noodles and Hei Egg Noodle fried rice. The soup noodles come with toppings such as beef, shrimp, fried tofu, quail eggs, and lotus root, and the noodles absorb the broth well. There is an outdoor terrace and various seating, and the interior is clean.
