Hanokjib Kimchi-jjim

Hanokjip Kimchi Jjim is a Korean restaurant near Pukyong National University in Busan that serves kimchi jjim and kimchi stew. The kimchi jjim is made by slow-cooking pork and kimchi together and is served in a bowl, while the kimchi stew is cooked in a pot at the table with unlimited ramyeon noodles and rice. Diners can order one portion of kimchi jjim and one portion of kimchi stew separately, and extra broth for the kimchi stew comes in a small kettle. Side dishes are limited to fish cake and bean sprouts.
