Hakone Ramen

Hakone Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop near Gyeongseongdae and Bukyeongdae stations in Busan, serving tonkotsu, karami, and tantanmen. The tonkotsu broth is rich, and garlic-forward options such as the ninniku stamina ramen are also available. The ramen on offer changes by day of the week, and a double portion can be ordered separately. The noodles are thin and tend to soften.
