Gopchang 119

Gopchang 119 is a gopchang restaurant near Kyungsung University in Daeyeon-dong, Busan, serving vegetable gopchang (grilled intestines) and makchang (beef abomasum). The spicy seasoned vegetable gopchang and salt-grilled makchang are pre-cooked before serving, and come out with glass noodles, onions and vegetables. Diners wrap the meat in perilla leaf and pickled radish with garlic, chili and sauce, and the grill uses charcoal smoke for a fire-grilled aroma. Cheese fried rice and grilled chicken neck meat can be ordered as well, and the indoor space is clean.
