Gensho Simya Ramen

Gensho Simya Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant near Kyungsung University in Busan that serves tonkotsu ramen and ttaengcho ramen. The tonkotsu ramen comes with a large amount of broth and toppings, and the ttaengcho ramen is served at a spice level similar to Shin Ramyun. The chashu has a tough texture in both the tonkotsu ramen and the mini chashu rice. Tables are sticky and food is not cleared away promptly, so hygiene management falls short.
