Eonyang Dak Kalguksu

Unnyang Dak Kalguksu is a chicken restaurant near Kyungsung University and Pukyong National University in Busan that serves dak kalguksu and dak gomtang. The dak kalguksu comes in a large bowl with half a chicken, noodles, and large scallions, while the dak gomtang is made by steaming a whole small chicken. Kimchi and danmuji are brought out first along with water, and extra side dishes are taken by customers themselves. Salt for the chicken is provided, and the broth is salty enough at its base seasoning that it needs to be diluted with water.
