Donkatsu Jeong

Donkatsu Jeong is a tonkatsu restaurant near Pukyong National University in Busan that serves rosu katsu, hire katsu, and fried shrimp. The rosu katsu is a fatty cut fried in a thin batter and served with grated radish mixed into soy sauce. Miso soup and cold udon are also on the menu, and the shop is kept clean. The fried shrimp are large and retain the sweetness of the crustacean.
