Dolphin Dwaeji Gukbap

Dolgorae Dwaeji Gukbap is a gukbap restaurant in Daeyeon-dong, next to Pukyong National University, serving dwaeji gukbap, bone-in haejang gukbap, and suyuk baekban. The dwaeji gukbap comes with kimchi, kkakdugi, buchu, and makjang, and diners season it themselves with dadegi and saeujeot. It opens at 10 a.m., and food arrives quickly after ordering, with the rice packed firmly into the bowl. The broth has oil floating on top but tastes clean and cool.
