Daon Sushi & Rice Bowl

Daon Sushi & Deopbap is a restaurant near the Kyungsung University campus in Busan that serves sushi and rice bowls. Some sushi sets come with mini udon, fried shrimp, and salad, and salmon dishes are also available. At lunch there can be a wait, and the kitchen closes early, so arriving 30 minutes before closing is better. The sushi rice separates easily and the portion of rice is small.
