Dadau Udon

Dada Udon in Busan is a neighborhood udon shop that also serves donkatsu. It serves soft, chewy noodles in an anchovy broth, along with shrimp udon, cold buckwheat noodles, and Chungmu gimbap. The donkatsu and chicken come with a crispy fried coating, and yubu sushi is included as well. The broth is clean, though it can taste slightly sweet or bland.
