Busan Gogung Samgaetang

Busan Gogung Samgyetang is a restaurant on the second floor near Pukyong National University that specializes in samgyetang. The chicken is stuffed with glutinous rice, the broth is rich, and the meat is served tender. A pre-meal ginseng wine is served, and geotjeori and gwiwibokkeum come as side dishes. Lines get long at lunchtime and on Chobok.
