Uriso Hwangso Gopchang Geondae is a small-intestine gopchang restaurant in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, where diners grill gopchang over charcoal and refill as much as they want. The all-you-can-eat spread includes gopchang, daechang, and heart, along with cheonyeop, liver, and eomuk, and ramyeon is included as well. The gopchang is packed with fat and has no odor, and the makchang and daechang carry no gamey smell. Wait times run long, sometimes up to two hours.
