Hi Deopbap

Hi Deopbap is an Asian fusion restaurant in Seoul that serves bun bo hue and pho. The bun bo hue comes with smoky grilled meat and plenty of vegetables, and diners add cilantro, Vietnamese chilli and chilli hoisin sauce themselves. It is a self-service shop, so after ordering you add the ingredients and sauces you want on your own. The pho broth is skimmed of fat and contains two cuts of meat.
