Udonya

Udonya is an udon shop in the underground shopping arcade on Jungang-ro in Jung-gu, Daejeon. It is run by Sungsimdang and serves samjin eomuk udon, yubu udon, and Udonoya bibim udon with twigim and jumeokbap on the side. After taking a seat, choosing a menu, and paying, the udon is called out in about five minutes, and customers carry the food themselves, eat, and return empty bowls to the buseokgu. The broth is on the salty side, and the cold udon noodles are not soft.
