Miso Bonga Smile Kalguksu

In Jung-gu, Daejeon, Misobonga Smile Kalguksu serves handmade kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and basic gimbap. It also serves meat kimchi pancake and suyuk. The kalguksu uses a dried anchovy-based broth and chewy noodles. Around noon, the restaurant can have a wait of 15 groups, but tables turn over quickly; parking is difficult.
