Demitas

Demitas is a three-table home-style restaurant in Seoul that serves food without added seasoning. Its menu includes perilla seed mushroom rice bowls, cream curry, and cream pasta, cooked with only the essentials in the manner of an espresso cup. The space sits up a narrow staircase like an attic, where one owner handles orders, cooking, and serving and also brews the coffee. Because the owner runs it alone, both the food and the ordering are generally slow.
