Yeonjeong Restaurant

Yeonjeong Sikdang is a restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju, that grills gabrisal and ogyeopsal. The typical combination is thick gabrisal dipped in salted hairtail innards, then rice and leftover meat added to cheonggukjang. The owner and an auntie sometimes grill the meat, but diners grill the rest themselves. The meat and cheonggukjang are on the expensive side for their portions.
