Seonheul Bangju Halmeoni Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Jeju that makes tofu and kongguksu from soybeans grown on the island, and also serves gomchwi mandu. The kongguksu uses firm noodles in a mild soybean broth without a fishy smell, and the gomchwi mandu wrap the filling in gomchwi leaves instead of wheat dough. The tofu is dense and firm, and the kalguksu noodles have a soft texture that goes with the anchovy broth. The gosari bibimbap is plain and ordinary in taste.
