Seongsim Jorim

Seongsim Jorim is a Korean restaurant in Yeon-dong, Jeju, near Jeju Airport and Sammu Park, serving braised hairtail and grilled hairtail. The braise is seasoned with barley soy sauce made from vegetable water aged seven days and Daejeong garlic, and comes with Drehyangmi rice. A dedicated parking lot next to the restaurant is free, and phone reservations are needed because a wait can form in the evening. The hairtail flesh is soft with little fishy taste, and the grilled mackerel is large with thick flesh.
