Semola

Semolla is a small restaurant in Samdoil-dong, Jeju, serving pasta and Italian dishes made in-house. The menu includes carbonara, cacio e pepe, mushroom gnocchi, tiramisu, and house-made bread, and the open kitchen lets diners watch the chef cook. Chef Kim runs the ten-seat space alone, makes the fresh pasta by hand, and offers house wine alongside the food. With around ten seats, reservations are required.
