Sangnok Sikdang is a pork grill restaurant on Topyeong-ro in Seogwipo, five steps from the Topyeong-ro bus stop. It grills seasoned samgyeopsal and Jeju-produced saeng ogyeopsal and pork collar over charcoal, served with myeolchi jeot, pa jeori, and kimchi. The meat needs to be turned often on the charcoal to avoid soot. Smoke and meat smells cling to clothing, and the seasoned samgyeopsal burns easily.
