Mero Wang is an old restaurant next to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal that serves mero tang, mero hoe, and fried mero. The mero pork collar jiri is made with a rich broth boiled from mero bones with cabbage and radish, and is eaten with freshly cooked rice. At lunchtime many locals visit, and food takes more than 15 minutes to arrive after ordering. The terminal public parking lot is free for up to 30 minutes, and when the broth cools a fishy taste rises from the mero flesh.
