Malgogi Yeonguso

Malgogi Yeonguso is a restaurant in Jeju that serves horse meat dishes. The menu includes malgogi shabu-shabu, chadol magui, and mal yukhoe deopbap. The shabu-shabu is eaten by swishing the red meat briefly to cook it, and staff explain how to eat it. The horse meat has almost no distinctive smell.
