Layers Bakehouse

Layers Bakehouse is a small pastry shop in the old buildings of Jeju's Mugeungseong Village, near Jeju Buk Elementary School. It mainly sells Jeju whole wheat croissants, flan vanilla, kouign-amann, and canelés, with pastry layers that stay distinct. Popular items sell out early, so arriving at opening time is the way to buy several kinds. The croissant has a pronounced butter aroma and a crisp-outside, soft-inside texture.
