Jinjeong Jeju

Jinjeong Jeju is a small shop in a Jeju alley that serves a futomaki set meal. The set begins with tofu made from sesame and arrowroot and chawanmushi, and the futomaki comes with a nabe-style soup dish, fried fish, and mackerel hoe. Ingredients are cooked or sourced directly, each dish is explained, and almost no seasoning is used. The futomaki is also available for takeout.
